Booking & Payment Policy


To secure your services, a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your total cost. During the time of booking, you will ONLY be charged the 30% non refundable retainer. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before your wedding day or 24 hours prior to your engagement photo/video shoot to ensure a seamless experience.


We also offer Payment plans through Affirm or Klarna, allowing you to pay your balance over time.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule once at no additional cost, pending availability.

Additional reschedules will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee.


Overtime & Late Arrivals

We understand that weddings don’t always run on schedule. If coverage needs to be extended, additional time is available at $150 per hour (1 hour minimum).


Travel Fees

A travel fee applies for weddings outside of the Houston area. The exact cost will be calculated based on your wedding location.

Amora Weddings and Films Terms of Service and Booking Policies

Welcome to Amora Weddings & Films! By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Amora Weddings & Films (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. Booking & Payments

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

Payments must be made through accepted methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment plans).


3. Cancellations & Refunds

The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the client cancels, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative photographer/videographer will be provided.

Reschedules are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.


4. Service Scope & Limitations

The photographer/videographer will make every effort to capture key moments, but we do not guarantee specific shots or moments due to event conditions.

Clients must communicate specific requests in writing before the event.

We are not responsible for uncontrollable factors such as weather, venue lighting, guest interference, or restrictions imposed by venues.


5. Overtime & Additional Charges

Booked coverage time is strictly enforced. Any additional time will be charged at $150 per hour (minimum 2 hours for weddings).

If additional time is requested, payment must be made before the extended coverage begins.

Overdue balances will delay the release of your final gallery or video.


6. Travel & Destination Weddings

We are based in Houston, Texas, and available for travel.

Travel fees apply for locations beyond a 30-mile radius from Houston.

For destination weddings, travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the client and agreed upon before booking.


7. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images and videos remain the copyright of Amora Weddings & Films.

Clients receive personal usage rights, meaning they may print, share, and display their images but cannot alter, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

We reserve the right to use images and videos for marketing, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise.


8. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Photography galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event.

Wedding films are delivered within 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of editing.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.


9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information about the event schedule, locations, and special requests.

Clients must ensure that the venue permits photography and videography.

If a permit is required, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain it before the event.


10. Liability & Indemnification

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or client delays.

In the unlikely event of lost, damaged, or corrupted files, our liability is limited to the return of all payments made.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amora Weddings & Films from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to their event.


11. Force Majeure

If services cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, etc.), we will work with the client to reschedule.

If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.


12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws of Texas, and all claims must be filed in Harris County, Texas.


13. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking with Amora Weddings & Films, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
